Bring a Compassionate Suitcase with TUI

TUI allows passengers to take an free compassionate suitcase for legitimate registered charitys

 

Interested in helping out? To arrange this, the passenger must have a letter from us, Safe Paw Negril, written on our letterhead, that includes the passenger's flight details and booking reference.  We will send this letter to TUI, which will confirm if the extra allowance can be granted. The luggage must be labelled as "Charity baggage" and be packed separately from personal items.

How to arrange extra charity luggage with TUI
 

1. Contact us using the form below. We will then be able to provide the necessary request letter.

2. Provide flight details: The charity's letter must include your passenger name(s), flight number, booking reference, and date of travel.

3. Confirm approval: TUI will contact us to confirm if the extra luggage allowance has been approved.

4. Label and pack: When packing, label the extra suitcase clearly as "Charity baggage" and keep it separate from your personal luggage.

5. Bring confirmation: Take the confirmation email or document with you to the airport to show at check-in.
