It isn't going to be easy and we need support in all forms, not just money.  We do not want to instruct expensive companies to build every stage of this project unless necessary.

An overview list of what we need for our build is as follows;

MAIN BUILD

  • Purchase of suitable land and obtain legal consent for the purpose             

  • Legal license to build 

  • Architecture / Plans (passed)

  • Prepare land for the build by excavation

  • Foundations

  • Basement/ground level build   

  • Windows

  • Doors

  • Electrics

  • Plastering

  • Internal Fittings

  • Veterinary equipment

  • Hydrotherapy pool equipment

  • Kennels
